I’ve been mentoring since 2015, guiding corporate C-level leaders, as well as NGOs, young leaders, female entrepreneurs, and solo founders.

I’ve been building mentor and expert networks as well as helping to set up the curriculum for global acceleration programs (a.i. Google LaunchPad Warsaw, Challenge Up! IoT Accelerator powered by the Intel, Cisco and Deutsche Telekom) and serving as a mentor for such programs.
I worked as a mentor with:
NGOs (a.i. Alegoria Foundation, Manufaktura Społeczna, Zero Hunger Hackathon by Tech to the Rescue),
young leaders (a.i. Econverse Cup Krakow, Tarnów Young Leader Academy),
solo founders (a.i. Billy Yen, Piotr Nabielec, Paweł Jarmołkowicz, Natalia Ginter),
female entrepreneurs (a.i. Be Visible in IT by Women in Technology & Splunk, Entrepreneurial Female Cracow by MamoPracuj.pl),
corporate C-level leaders,
startups (a.i. EIT Digital Venture Program, Strategy Lab by Innovator’s Bridge, Dragon’s Cave Pre-Accelerator by #omgkrk).
I have led 5 companies as CEO
I have over 18 years of experience in tech products and services in the fields of marketing, strategy, and leadership. During that time, I built marketing at nazwa.pl (from 100k to 1 million customers), created a lean strategy agency Project: People (over 180 clients from 18 countries in 5 years), and cooperated with global brands such as Sabre, Google, T-Mobile / hubraum by Deutsche Telekom.
“She didn’t just give me a strategy. She helped me discover my true professional voice. This wasn’t just a consultation. It was a transformation that happened in just a few meetings.”

FAQs
Are there between-session actions?
Mentoring isn’t just about meetings. We’ll work together on tasks between sessions. This might include reading a book, conducting research, or even collaborating on a project. At the end of the mentorship, we’ll work together on a final deliverable, which could be a pitch deck, a business plan, or a prototype.
Are our meetings regular?
Consistency is key for any successful mentorship journey. We plan regular meetings, ideally once a month or every two weeks, to ensure we’re staying on track. A total of 10-12 hours of mentoring time is ideal in the long run, but sometimes a quick two-hour session focused on a specific topic, like pitch deck feedback, is all that’s needed.
Do you use any tools?
Visualizing the process is key! I typically utilize Miro, an online whiteboard, to map out ideas, brainstorm strategies, and track progress. Sometimes, good old-fashioned sticky notes and a physical whiteboard are perfect for capturing ideas and creating a collaborative space.
How does the process look like?
We start with the basics, focusing on your values, purpose, mission, and vision. This foundation is crucial because it helps us understand your goals and aspirations, leading to a shared roadmap. We then move into the details of your product or project portfolio, analyzing it through frameworks like the BCG matrix or impact/effort matrix. We also develop a roadmap outlining your work, goals, and priorities.
